About the role

What We're Researching

We're running a paid study on how large organizations handle vendor discovery and commercial contract negotiation for enterprise communications platforms. Understanding the procurement lifecycle for messaging aggregators helps us identify friction points in the buying process. Your insights will directly inform how these platforms are evaluated and selected at the enterprise level.

How It Works

You will participate in remote sessions over a 3-4 week period to discuss your recent procurement experiences. We will ask you to walk us through your process for vendor discovery, evaluating messaging aggregators, and finalizing commercial contracts. You will react to different negotiation scenarios and share how you typically structure these agreements. The conversations will take place via video call, where you can speak candidly about your vendor management strategies.

Who This Is For

We are looking for procurement professionals, vendor managers, and commercial negotiators with direct experience buying enterprise communications platforms. We welcome strategic sourcing managers, IT procurement leads, and category managers who specialize in telecommunications or messaging aggregators. You should have recently led or participated in a vendor discovery and contracting cycle for these specific technologies.

What You'll Do

  • Walk us through your process for discovering and evaluating enterprise communications platforms
  • Describe your approach to commercial contract negotiation with messaging aggregators
  • Share recent examples of how you structured enterprise-level vendor agreements
  • Provide feedback on different procurement scenarios and negotiation strategies

Who Should Apply

  • Professional experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management
  • Direct involvement in negotiating commercial contracts for enterprise communications platforms
  • Familiarity with evaluating and selecting messaging aggregators
  • Comfortable discussing vendor discovery and contracting workflows on a video call

Compensation

$4,000 per task
