The Current Team and Our Mission

Customer Success at Vitesse is still taking shape, giving you the opportunity to influence how we work with Enterprise customers. Our Enterprise team works with some of Vitesse’s largest and most complex customers across the carrier, TPA and MGA markets. These organisations often have multiple stakeholder groups, complex operating models and legacy systems.

Helping them realise value and grow their use of Vitesse calls for trusted executive relationships, a clear understanding of their priorities and close coordination across Vitesse. This is a hands-on, senior individual-contributor role for someone who enjoys solving complex customer problems and turning insight into measurable outcomes.

Your ideas will matter, and your impact will be visible.

The Role

Reporting to the Enterprise Customer Success Lead, you’ll be a senior individual contributor responsible for a small portfolio of strategic Enterprise accounts. You’ll build trusted relationships from operational teams through to executives, help customers realise measurable value and identify opportunities to grow Vitesse’s role in their treasury and payment activity.

You’ll work across Vitesse to bring the right expertise to customer priorities, manage risks and keep agreed outcomes on track.

Success will be reflected in customer health and growth in balances, payment accounts, participant connections and Vitesse’s share of customer payment activity.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own strategic Enterprise customer relationships and build trusted connections with operational, technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans tied to customer priorities, with clear measures of value, regular reviews and agreed next steps.
  • Help customers realise value from Vitesse and use effective discovery to identify opportunities to grow its role across their treasury and payment activity.
  • Map stakeholder groups, understand customer decision-making and maintain alignment across complex organisations.
  • Identify risks and barriers early, and coordinate with customer and Vitesse teams to resolve issues and keep agreed outcomes on track.
  • Partner with Sales to identify and qualify expansion opportunities, maintaining clear account plans and handovers.
  • Represent customer needs in discussions with Product, Onboarding, Operations, Support, Data and Pre-Sales, and bring actionable feedback back to customers.

Why Join Us?

Vitesse is a high-growth business with a strong, open and positive culture. We combine the energy of a scale-up with a proven platform and a significant opportunity in insurance payments.

As Enterprise Customer Success Director, you’ll work with some of Vitesse’s largest and most strategically important customers. You’ll help them realise more value from Vitesse, deepen our role in their payment operations and strengthen the connections across their wider networks.

Skills and Experience

  • Significant experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a related role in insurance or a complex B2B technology environment.
  • A strong record of managing strategic customers and delivering measurable value, adoption and growth.
  • Confidence building trusted relationships with C-suite and senior executives and acting as a strategic adviser within complex organisations.
  • Experience developing Success Plans, leading business reviews and connecting customer goals to measurable outcomes.
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to identify customer needs and credible expansion opportunities.
  • Excellent discovery, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • The ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and keep complex customer priorities moving without relying on direct authority.
  • An understanding of carriers, TPAs, MGAs or the wider insurance ecosystem. or the ability to build that expertise quickly.

We understand that everyone has their own work rhythm and believe in a flexible working schedule - at Vitesse you’re expected to work 35 hours a week.

Our Values – or what we call “Vitesse at Our Best”

The Vitesse values are a true reflection of what it takes to thrive in our business, so it’s important to us that any employee who joins our business is aligned with these 3 attributes

Confident Humility

We believe the best ideas come from listening and learning. We leave ego at the door, ask for help when we need it, and celebrate collective success. When one of us wins, we all do.

Driven to Succeed

We’re ambitious about the opportunity ahead and committed to achieving it together. We hold ourselves to high standards, take pride in what we deliver, and push for meaningful outcomes for our customers, our partners, and each other.

Tenacious Responsibility

We take ownership of our work, our decisions, and our results. We face challenges with resilience, learn from setbacks, and see things through to completion. Because doing the right thing matters.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer

We commit to creating an inclusive environment that enables everyone to perform at their best, where we recognise the rights of all individuals to mutual respect and where there is an unbiased acceptance of others. Our policies and practices aim to promote an environment that is free from all forms of unlawful or unfair discrimination and values the diversity of all people.
