About the role

What your day could look like

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll be part of a team that helps older people live well, stay connected and feel valued. In a community where relationships matter, you'll provide compassionate care, build trusted connections and contribute to a welcoming environment where residents, families and colleagues feel supported.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Delivering person-centred care that promotes wellbeing, independence and quality of life.
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and families, creating positive experiences and trust.
  • Working closely with nurses and healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Contributing ideas and insights that help strengthen care, safety and the resident experience.

Let's talk about you!

You're someone who sees nursing as more than a job. You bring compassion to every interaction, integrity to every decision and respect for the unique story of every person in your care. You enjoy being part of a supportive team, embrace opportunities to learn and grow, and take pride in helping others feel safe, valued and heard. The moments you'll remember most are often the simplest, knowing your care, kindness and presence have made someone's day better.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Current Enrolled Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • A commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for supporting older people.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in aged care and/or additional clinical training that broadens your nursing practice.

Most importantly, you'll bring the values of Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage, helping create a place where people feel cared for, connected and respected.
