About the role

What your day could look like

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll play an important role in supporting patients to achieve the best possible health outcomes. From delivering person-centred care to working closely with nurses and multidisciplinary teams, you'll contribute to a safe, responsive and supportive healthcare experience for every patient.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Providing high-quality nursing care that supports patient wellbeing, recovery and quality outcomes.
  • Monitoring patient progress and sharing clinical insights that help guide timely care decisions.
  • Working collaboratively with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, patient-focused care.
  • Contributing to a safe, positive environment through continuous learning, quality improvement and professional practice.
  1. Let's Talk About You

You're someone who brings both capability and care to your role. You lead with compassion, act with integrity and treat every person with dignity and respect. You understand that great healthcare is built on teamwork, communication and a commitment to ongoing growth. You'll feel proud knowing your work helps patients receive safe, high-quality care while supporting colleagues and strengthening outcomes across the service. You're not just here to do the job, you're here to make a meaningful difference every day.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with no medication restrictions.
  • Demonstrated clinical nursing skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a patient-centred approach.
  • Commitment to professional development, safety and continuous improvement.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience working across diverse clinical environments and/or additional training in intravenous medication administration.

Most importantly, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage to every interaction, helping deliver outstanding care for the communities we serve.
