Technical Excellence and Standardization

  • Define and establish engineering best practices, standards, and quality assurance processes across client projects.
  • Drive the adoption of reusable components, architectural patterns, and toolsets to increase efficiency and consistency across client projects.
  • Conduct technical reviews and audits to ensure the quality, security, and scalability of custom solutions.

Client Engagement

  • Work closely with Technical Program Managers to communicate project progress, risks, and changes.

Team Leadership and People Management

  • Serve as the primary people manager for a team of engineers, conducting regular 1:1 meetings, supporting performance management processes, and supporting personalized career development plans for engineers.
  • Support hiring and onboarding of new team members as the team grows.
  • Champion team culture, driving a healthy balance of productivity, innovation, and collaboration.
