At DREAMLAND, we are seeking a Bartender and Barista to thrive in our vibrant, fast-paced environment with a proactive, can-do attitude and an upbeat approach to everyday tasks. DREAMLAND features a unique concept—where a craft cocktail bar meets a lively coffee shop! In this role, you will prepare fresh in-house juices, craft signature cocktails, and serve delicious, healthy lattes. Hone your beverage skills while connecting with guests and earning great tips!

Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older (legally allowed to serve alcohol).
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and top-tier hospitality.
- Prior bartending or cafe experience is preferred.
- Flexible availability to cover nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain deep knowledge of Aviator Nation products, current offerings (coffee, tea, spirits, beer, wine), and core company values.
- Deliver swift, precise service while keeping workstations, equipment, and utensils spotlessly clean and sanitized.
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Accurately process cash and credit transactions in accordance with cash-handling procedures.
- Address guest inquiries, orders, and concerns with promptness and courtesy.
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to continuously refine guest service.
- Assist with receiving product shipments, managing inventory, and tracking reorder pars.
- Remain adaptable to working early morning shifts as well as late-night events.
