What You'll Do

  • Lead monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive management reporting for supply chain cost centers and operational performance.
  • Partner with Supply Chain leaders to develop financial strategies that improve gross margin, optimize cost-to-serve, and support long-term business growth.
  • Drive insight into key supply chain drivers including sourcing costs, inbound freight, transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, inventory, and distribution expenses.
  • Develop financial models and reporting that support product costing, inventory investments, network design decisions, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Find opportunities to improve working capital performance through inventory optimization, forecast accuracy, and supply chain efficiency initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor critical metrics that measure supply chain performance, cost efficiency, service levels, inventory health, productivity, and financial return on operational investments.
  • Partner with Operations, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Commercial Finance, and Regional Finance teams to evaluate critical initiatives, capital investments, and transformation programs.
  • Lead financial analysis and business case development for network optimization, automation, technology investments, vendor negotiations, and other significant supply chain initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and financial insights that enable proactive decision-making and continuous improvement across the supply chain organization.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team that provides partnership, accountability, and analytical support across global operations.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

  • A strategic problem solver with a passion for translating operational complexity into actionable financial insights.
  • A strong communicator with demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions through fact-based analysis and clear storytelling.
  • An inspiring leader with a track record of building high-performing teams and developing future finance talent.
  • A collaborative business partner who thrives in highly matrixed, fast-paced, global environments.
  • A problem solver who combines strong financial competence with operational curiosity and a continuous improvement approach.
  • A technically proficient finance leader with advanced analytical capabilities, financial modeling expertise, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience with increasing scope and accountability, including at least 5 years of people leadership.
  • Significant experience supporting Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, or Commercial Finance functions.
  • Experience in consumer products, retail, omnichannel, manufacturing, or other complex product-based environments preferred.
  • Proven success driving cost optimization, gross margin improvement, inventory management, and operational productivity initiatives.
  • Proven experience leading business case development, capital investment evaluations, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Excel power user with demonstrated ability to build sophisticated driver-based financial models and complex reporting solutions.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience with Oracle EPM, SmartView, Power BI, Tableau, or other enterprise planning and visualization tools preferred.
