About the role

About Leap

Leap is one of the fastest-growing benefits solutions and a category-defining pioneer in employer specialty pharmacy. We are reshaping how life-changing therapies are delivered and financed, ensuring patients get the treatment they need while employers finally get a fair deal.

Specialty drugs and infusions represent nearly 10% of all healthcare spend and are the fastest-growing cost category for employers. Leap tackles this challenge with a novel approach: eliminating hidden markups, expanding access to high-quality infusion providers, and bringing clarity and fairness to how therapies are priced and paid for.

We’re proud to partner with numerous Fortune 500 companies and leading TPAs. Each patient we serve creates immediate ROI: lower costs, improved access, and better care. Join us as we redefine what’s possible in specialty care.

  • Lead presentations, product demos, and strategic discussions with consultant and broker leaders.
  • Serve as Leap’s subject matter expert on consultant and broker dynamics and digital health innovation.

  • Own consultant-sourced pipeline and revenue results, tracking performance in Salesforce.
  • Prepare strategic updates on pipeline and results for business reviews.

Partnerships and contracting

  • Work with Legal and Sales to structure, negotiate, and finalize partnership agreements.

Cross-functional alignment

  • Coordinate with Business Development, Sales, Product, and Client Success so consultant engagement and delivery run smoothly.
  • Bring consultant and market feedback back to Product and Sales to shape positioning and roadmap priorities.

What You Bring

  • Track record of driving revenue or pipeline growth through consultant or broker channels
  • Experience contributing to go-to-market strategy alongside Sales and Marketing
  • Ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships at once in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%
