We’re growing, and we’re currently looking for a Director, Gift and Swag Management to join us.

About the Role

As Director, Gift and Swag Management at Reachdesk, you will lead Reachdesk’s efforts to offer our clients the widest range of gifts and branded merchandise at affordable prices. To drive these efforts you will manage Reachdesk’s Swag Sourcing and Marketplace Teams, each owning a portion of Reachdesk’s holistic gifting offering, and develop effective strategies for how these teams can increase adoption, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will develop relationships with our international vendors for each of these practices and identify opportunities to expand our partnerships to new regions and verticals. You will work directly under our Chief Customer Officer.

The ideal candidate is a strategic expert in the branded merchandise, gifting, and supply chain space, who has a comprehensive background building scalable initiatives, developing 0 - 1 teams and practices, and a five year outlook on forecasting outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are solutions-oriented, and have a passion for startups and growing a business in a new market.

Responsibilities

  • Set and manage team performance targets focused on maximizing adoption and profitability
  • Hire and performance manage people managers and individual contributors across your organization
  • Spearhead opportunities to expand Reachdesk’s gifting and merchandise options across different verticals and regions internationally
  • Manage a strategic roadmap of new opportunities to optimize and develop your teams performance both internally and externally
  • Create automations, calculators, and playbooks that enable consistent best practices across your teams
  • Develop clear best practices for how your teams services are sold by other members of the Reachdesk organization to ensure clients leverage these services to the best possible outcomes

About You

  • 5 years experience or more as a leader and people manager in the Project Management or Branded Merchandise Space
  • Experience working with or working at a 3rd Party Logistics Warehouse
  • Expertise with WMS systems or other relevant ordering, process and fulfillment systems
  • A degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management is ideal
  • Expertise using business intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, Zoho, Sisense, or PowerBI for both analyzing data and developing client facing dashboards
  • Confident presenting in front of clients and conveying concepts to non-experts
  • A natural ability to prioritize multiple streams of work across both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

The Benefits

  • Competitive salary with generous stock options
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Medical, dental & vision insurance, including mental health support and fast access to care
  • Flexible PTO that increases the longer you’re with us, plus extra flexibility for life’s unexpected moments
  • A genuinely collaborative culture with innovative, fun, and ambitious people

Compensation is based on standardised salary ranges by role, level, and location, benchmarked against similar-sized companies. Final offers are determined by a combination of experience, skills, and role fit, and may vary from the listed range.

Reachdesk believes that a diverse team helps us achieve our mission faster, and so we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
