  • Build and deliver executive and board-level reporting packages

Capital Markets & Treasury

  • Manage Ghost’s debt capital stack which includes PO financing facility, A/R financing facility, and term loan: draw management, covenant tracking, and reporting compliance
  • Maintain the rolling 13-week cash flow forecast; monitor covenant headroom against the cash floor weekly and escalate liquidity risks proactively to the CFO
  • Lead financial due diligence for investors, lenders, and strategic partners

AI & Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Build forecasting models and automated workflows that generate variance commentary, reporting narratives, and dashboards
  • Help design a company-wide KPI framework with automated monitoring and alerting, built on a single, trusted source of data
  • Bring rigor, transparency, and sound judgment to financial decision-making in a fast-moving environment

Strategic Finance & Business Partnership

  • Partner with the CEO, CFO, and Board on strategic planning, capital allocation, and corporate development
  • Support capital allocation analyses, strategic partnership opportunities, GTM strategies, and other business initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CFA preferred
  • 5+ years of finance experience, including a minimum of 3 years at a bulge bracket investment bank with capital markets execution experience (or equivalent)
  • 2+ years of FP&A experience at a Series B or later-stage retail or CPG company preferred
  • Experience supporting Series C+ equity raises and managing debt facilities, working capital financing, and treasury operations preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel financial modeling, with hands-on experience in NetSuite or Rillet
