About the role

Director, Creator Marketing Services

CreatorIQ's Strategic Services organization delivers scoped, professional-services engagements that help the world's leading brands and agencies get more from their creator and influencer investment. Within Strategic Services, our Influencer Marketing Services team plans and runs creator programs end to end, from creator discovery, casting, and outreach through campaign execution, contracting, and performance readouts, with teams across the US and EMEA.

CreatorIQ is looking for a Director, Creator Marketing Services to lead the team that plans and runs creator programs end to end for the world’s leading brands and agencies, from discovery, casting, and outreach through campaign execution, contracting, and performance readouts. You’ll own revenue growth, delivery quality, and margin for our influencer programs, lead the managers and specialists who run them, and shape the packaged offerings that make our services easy for customers to buy and for our teams to sell. It’s a role at the center of how CreatorIQ proves that our data, platform, and expertise together deliver results a traditional agency can’t match.

You'll be a senior voice in strategic customer relationships, escalations, and competitive pursuits, and a visible thought leader for CreatorIQ, showing brands how CreatorIQ's data, platform, and expertise deliver results a traditional agency can't match. You'll partner closely with our Directors of Services on scoping and pricing, with Data Intelligence so insights shape strategy from the start, and with Product so our services build on the platform roadmap.

The ideal candidate has built and scaled influencer programs at a brand, agency, or platform, and knows what great creator work looks like from casting to results. You bring a prescriptive point of view customers can act on, a commercial mindset that grows the business, and the operational discipline to deliver consistently, on scope, and on margin.

In this role, you’ll get to

  • Lead the Creator Marketing Services team across the US and EMEA, building a strong management layer, clear development paths, and depth across every critical skill.
  • Grow Creator Marketing Services revenue by partnering with Sales on new business and expansion, and by equipping Sales and Customer Success to qualify, position, and sell standard offerings independently.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of creator programs, from discovery, casting, outreach, and contracting through campaign execution and reporting, partnering with Data Intelligence so every program is grounded in data from creator selection through post-campaign readouts.
  • Build and maintain a prescriptive, standardized catalog of influencer marketing services, with clear tiers, scopes, deliverables, and custom-scope criteria, so customers get clear recommendations and repeatable work scales across accounts.
  • Evolve how our services are priced so pricing reflects the value delivered, including pilots of outcome- and performance-based models that convert into recurring programs.
  • Own billability, utilization, and margin for the team through accurate time tracking, capacity planning, early out-of-scope flags, and regular performance reporting to leadership.
  • Serve as the escalation point for Influencer Marketing Services customers, leading recovery plans for at-risk accounts and partnering with Customer Success on account health, renewals, and expansion.
  • Lead the services strategy for strategic pitches and RFPs, positioning CreatorIQ’s data, platform, and data-ownership advantages against full-service agencies, and serve as a leading voice for CreatorIQ on creator marketing strategy through benchmarks, case studies, and speaking opportunities.
  • Establish the processes for creator contracts, payments, usage rights, disclosure, and risk requirements, partnering with Legal and Finance so programs run cleanly at scale.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position

  • 10+ years of experience in influencer, creator, or social marketing at a brand, agency, or marketing technology company, including leading programs for enterprise brands.
  • 4+ years leading teams, including managing managers and leading distributed or global teams.
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of how creator programs are planned, cast, contracted, executed, and measured across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Proven success growing a services or agency portfolio, including new business, expansion, and competitive pitches or RFPs.
  • Experience owning delivery, scope, and margin for a services portfolio, with comfort around utilization, capacity planning, and pricing.
  • Experience designing packaged or productized services offerings that sales teams can sell with confidence.
  • A data-informed approach to creator selection, optimization, and measurement, partnering with analytics teams to tell a clear performance story.
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to present strategy and results to senior brand and agency stakeholders and hold a clear point of view.
  • A visible point of view on creator marketing, demonstrated through content, speaking, or client-facing thought leadership.
  • AI Leadership: Sponsors and prioritizes responsible AI adoption, secures needed support and resources, and ensures AI initiatives deliver business value while following governance standards.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with the CreatorIQ platform or comparable creator/influencer marketing technology.
  • Experience designing outcome- or performance-based influencer pricing models.
  • Experience in a professional-services or agency environment with billability or utilization targets.
  • Background in customer success or account management at a SaaS company.
  • Experience supporting enterprise brands across categories such as beauty, CPG, retail, or consumer tech, across global markets.
