  • Partner with Product Marketing and R&D to influence product strategy, platform architecture decisions, and differentiation priorities.

New Product Introductions (NPI)

  • Lead product launch strategies from concept to commercialization, ensuring clear value propositions, competitive positioning, and successful global adoption.
  • Drive customer engagement for demos, evals, beta programs, and joint development activities.

Global Sales & Market Expansion

  • Develop and implement account and regional strategies to maximize market penetration and accelerate wins at strategic customers.
  • Provide executive support on deal strategies, value messaging, and competitive defense.

Executive Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior engineering, corporate strategy, and procurement leaders across top semiconductor accounts.
  • Lead strategic product discussions, roadmap alignment sessions, and collaboration frameworks.

Commercial & Business Leadership

  • Oversee product commercial strategy including quotation structures, competitive pricing approaches, win‑loss analytics, and margin optimization.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, sales execution, and product delivery commitments.

Business Operations & Forecasting

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance on demand forecasting, capacity planning, and supply readiness.
  • Monitor and drive business performance through KPIs and strategic action plans.

Qualifications

Education

  • MS in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related technical discipline required.
  • Ph.D. or MBA strongly preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years in semiconductor capital equipment or relevant industry, including:
  • Deep technical and commercial experience with thin‑film deposition
  • Experience with semiconductor equipment sales, marketing, product management, or business development.
  • Proven leadership in developing business strategies, driving adoption of advanced process equipment, and managing high‑level customer relationships.
  • Experience influencing product roadmaps and leading cross‑functional decision‑making.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to assess complex technical/market environments.
  • Executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and customer‑facing skills.
