BAYADA is urgently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Cranberry Township, Zelienople, and surrounding areas to provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll help individuals live more independently while building meaningful relationships and making a lasting impact.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting community involvement and social activities
- Providing companionship, encouragement, and mentorship
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
- Helping clients achieve personal goals and greater independence
- Transporting clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to transport clients to appointments and activities
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- (Individuals with autism, Down syndrome, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities)
