About the role

Trust is the first of a new breed of banks in Singapore – digitally native and focused on delivering a delightful customer experience. You will work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment to solve new and interesting challenges each day. Together with our Trust team, you will help shape the future of our bank.

Role Purpose

Lead the Bank's Digital Workplace and IT Service Management (ITSM) function to deliver a secure, reliable and seamless employee technology experience. Set the strategy, lead transformation and oversee workplace platforms, end-user support, endpoint services and internal service management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy and transformation: Define the Digital Workplace and ITSM strategy, operating model and roadmap; drive automation, self-service and AI-enabled improvements.
  • Workplace and endpoint services: Oversee Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, mobile and collaboration platforms, including Slack and Jira within agreed ownership boundaries. Lead device lifecycle management, application delivery, patching and endpoint security.
  • ITSM and employee support: Lead service desk, remote and on-site support and the internal ITSM framework across incident, problem, change, request, knowledge and service transition management. Improve reliability and employee experience through service and experience measures.
  • Identity and employee lifecycle: Oversee workplace integrations across Okta, IAM, Jamf and Intune, and technology workflows for onboarding, role changes and offboarding, in partnership with line managers and application owners.
  • Risk and resilience: Ensure security, compliance and audit readiness; govern service changes and risk exceptions with Security, Technology Risk and Architecture. Oversee continuity planning, recovery testing and remediation.
  • Supplier and financial management: Manage supplier performance, service reviews, budgets, licensing and cost optimization. Partner with Finance, Procurement and Legal on contracts and renewals.
  • People leadership: Lead internal and managed service teams, build technical and leadership capability, and establish clear accountability and sustainable knowledge transfer.

Experience & Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in digital workplace or technology services, with leadership responsibility in a complex, fast-changing environment. Financial services experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop technology strategies, lead transformation and manage service outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, end-user support, endpoint management and security, and platforms such as Microsoft 365, Intune, Jamf, Okta, Windows and macOS.
  • Experience in supplier management, budgeting, technology risk, compliance and operational resilience.
  • Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
  • A relevant technical degree is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
