  • Monitor deliverability, engagement and campaign results; identify testing and optimization opportunities and recommend improvements to the Manager, Digital Growth & Performance.

SEO, GEO & AEO Implementation

  • Implement approved SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO) recommendations across website pages and digital content.
  • Coordinate with internal partners and external search specialists on metadata, content structure, technical requirements, QA and ongoing optimization.
  • Monitor organic search and related discovery metrics; summarize trends and flag opportunities for improvement.

Digital Analytics & Performance

  • Maintain accurate performance dashboards and reporting records across website, email, organic search and relevant digital campaigns.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance summaries that identify trends, key learnings and actionable recommendations, in partnership with Manager and external agencies.
  • Support social platform performance tracking and optimization analysis, coordinating with Brand Marketing while social content and community engagement remain within that team.
  • Validate reporting accuracy and support measurement of website engagement, conversion and digital experience improvements.

Digital Operations & Process Improvement

  • Support efficient website and campaign workflows, including task tracking, QA documentation and coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Identify practical opportunities to streamline repeatable processes through improved workflows, automation and emerging AI-enabled tools, with appropriate oversight.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3 + years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, website operations or a related field, with demonstrated ownership of day-to-day execution.
  • Hands-on experience using a content management system; Magento or a comparable ecommerce platform preferred.
