As a Business Systems Developer, your main responsibilities will include designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting custom full-stack solutions in different technology market areas such as manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.

Vous aurez comme mandat / You will be responsible for

• Concevoir, développer et maintenir des solutions de bout en bout pour des applications personnalisées utilisant C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core et ASP.NET MVC.
• Créer des interfaces Web réactives et conviviales à l’aide de technologies frontales telles que HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery et des cadres modernes comme React.
• Développer la logique côté serveur, les règles d’affaires, et créer ou consommer des API RESTful et des services Web afin d’assurer une intégration fluide entre les systèmes.
• Concevoir des schémas de bases de données et rédiger des procédures stockées efficaces.
• Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires, notamment les analystes d’affaires, afin de traduire les exigences d’affaires en spécifications techniques et de créer la documentation technique.
• Effectuer des tests unitaires, d’intégration et de système, et diagnostiquer ou corriger les problèmes afin d’assurer la stabilité et la performance des systèmes.
• Utiliser des systèmes de contrôle de versions tels que GitLab et participer aux pipelines CI/CD.
• Assurer le soutien et la maintenance continus des applications existantes, y compris la correction de bogues et l’optimisation des performances.
• Participer aux réunions d’équipe et aux revues de projets et fournir les mises à jour appropriées.
• Documenter le travail et le code conformément aux processus définis les plus récents.
• Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions for custom applications using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Front-End Implementation: Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and modern frameworks like React.
• Back-End Development & APIs: Develop server-side logic, business rules, and create/consume RESTful APIs and web services for seamless integration between systems.
• Database Management: Design database schemas and write efficient stored procedures.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and create technical documentation.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit, integration, and system testing, and troubleshoot/debug issues to ensure system stability and performance.
• Version Control & DevOps: Utilize version control systems like GitLab and participate in CI/CD pipelines.
• Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, including bug fixes and performance tuning.
• Updates and visibility: Attend team and project review meetings and provide appropriate updates.
• The work and code must be documented in accordance with the latest defined processes.

• Expérience avec .NET, notamment Web Forms et MVC.
• Expérience avec C# et .NET Framework/.NET Core.
• Expérience avec HTML5, JavaScript et CSS.
• Connaissance avancée de SQL et expérience avec les procédures stockées.
• Expérience en développement d’applications de bout en bout et avec des API RESTful ou des services Web.
• Expérience avec GitLab ou des systèmes similaires de contrôle de versions et avec les pipelines CI/CD.
• Capacité à effectuer des tests, à diagnostiquer et à corriger les applications afin d’assurer la stabilité et la performance des systèmes.
• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome, avec initiative et peu de supervision.
• Excellentes compétences d’interprétation, de programmation, de communication et d’organisation.
• Diplôme en gestion des systèmes d’information, informatique, génie informatique, développement logiciel, génie logiciel ou domaine équivalent, combiné à au moins trois ans d’expérience connexe.
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
• Bonnes compétences en communication orale et écrite, idéalement en anglais et en français.
• Le candidat retenu doit être en mesure d’obtenir une autorisation dans le cadre du Programme Canadien des Marchandises Contrôlées, qui exige un statut de citoyen Canadien ou de titulaire d’un permis de résidence permanent valide.
• Three to five years of related experience in business systems or software development.
• Experience with .NET, including Web Forms and MVC.
• Experience with C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with stored procedures.
• Experience developing full-stack applications and RESTful APIs or web services.
• Experience with GitLab or similar version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to test, troubleshoot, and debug applications to ensure system stability and performance.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and little supervision.
• Excellent interpretation, programming, communication, and organizational skills.
• Degree in management of information systems, computer science, computer engineering, software development, software engineering or equivalent, combined with three or more years of related experience.
• Bilingual, spoken and written, in French and English.
• Good oral and written communication skills, ideally in English and French.
• The successful candidate must be able to obtain clearance under the Canadian Controlled Goods program (CGP), which requires Canadian Citizen or valid PR holder status.
