Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example to foster a customer-centric culture.
- Drive sales performance and maintain high service standards.
- Manage daily store operations, including compliance with health and safety and retail standards.
- Schedule and manage labor effectively.
- Provide on-the-spot coaching to enhance team performance and customer experience.
- Celebrate team successes and create an inclusive atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For
- A year of managerial experience in a retail sales environment.
- Proven track record in coaching and managing colleagues.
- Strong understanding of compliance and operational standards.
- Ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer metrics.
- Commercial acumen and awareness of industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn our systems.
