We're looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This is the ideal role for someone ready to take the next step in their culinary career, develop their skills further, and gain greater responsibility within a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen.
No two shifts are the same. You'll work closely with experienced chefs, take ownership of your section, and play an important role in delivering consistently high standards during busy services. If you're passionate about food, thrive under pressure, and enjoy working as part of a strong team, you'll fit right in.
What you'll do
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to Soho House standards
- Maintain strong mise-en-place and support smooth kitchen operations
- Take ownership of your section during service
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and organisation
- Support private events and other operational areas when required

What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role is essential
- Genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable, professional, positive, and enthusiastic
- Able to stay organised and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Right to work in the Netherlands
