This role offers hands-on experience in financial modeling, seasonal buy planning, inventory analytics, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sell-through, margin, and inventory performance to identify opportunities for optimization, reorders, and assortment adjustments.
  • Support margin and DTC performance reporting, providing clear insights into inventory health, channel performance, and key metrics.
  • Assist with seasonal buy sheet development and communicate requirements across cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare financial analysis and modeling to support planning decisions and leadership recommendations.
  • Gather and synthesize data to support inventory planning and allocation decisions across channels.
  • Partner with Merchandising, Operations, Ecommerce, Fulfillment, and Marketing teams to support supply planning and promotional alignment.
  • Leverage analytics and data modeling to identify trends and improvement opportunities in forecasting and inventory management.
  • Maintain and improve planning spreadsheets, reports, and operational dashboards.
  • Support quarterly business reviews and performance analyses for leadership.
  • Continuously learn planning processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in merchandise planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, ecommerce operations, or related analytical roles.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management, demand forecasting fundamentals, and DTC/ecommerce business models.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.
  • Experience with planning, forecasting, and business intelligence platforms such as NetSuite, Shopify, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools; ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data and translate findings into insights.
  • Good organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong curiosity about data and business insights.
  • Eager to learn planning processes, retail mathematics, and ecommerce dynamics in a growth environment.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Solutions-oriented with a willingness to take on projects and grow your planning capabilities.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, comfortable learning new tools and methodologies.
  • Customer-centric with interest in ecommerce trends and consumer behavior.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proactive learner excited about leveraging analytics and data to support business decisions.
