  • Have a high level of experience in mechanical and electrical systems, including liquid-cooled data centers
  • Have extensive experience in procurement, contractor management, construction planning, and design oversight, including schedule development, quality control, workflow management, milestone tracking, risk management, long-lead material coordination, and collaboration with internal and external teams
  • Proven ability to deliver results no matter the task, with the solid technical experience to back it up
  • Motivated self-starter who can work independently and proactively follow up to close the loop on tasks and projects
  • Makes well-reasoned decisions backed by data
  • Excellent written and spoken communicator; able to describe detailed problems with brevity and accuracy
  • Creative, collaborative, and enthusiastic team player; eager to learn and take initiative
  • Organized with strong time management skills and able to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines across multiple projects without losing attention to detail
  • Having a project management or engineering degree is a plus
  • Having experience working with PlanGrid, Autodesk Build, Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, REVIT/BIM, and/or MS Office is a plus
  • Willing to travel 4-6 weeks per year
