In this role, you will contribute to data-driven transformation initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, data teams and technology teams. You will combine hands-on data preparation and analysis with project management and a strong understanding of business needs.

What you will do

Data Analysis & Preparation

  • Collect, combine and prepare data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting.
  • Design, maintain and optimize data flows and transformation processes.

  • Translate business questions into data-driven analyses and practical recommendations.
  • Investigate data quality issues and work with data owners and providers to resolve them.
  • Develop dashboards, visualizations and analytical outputs to support business decision-making.

Data & Process Transformation

  • Analyze existing data processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Contribute to the redesign and optimization of data flows and analytical processes.
  • Support data migration and transformation initiatives, including the transition to new data environments and tools.
  • Challenge existing ways of working and propose innovative and scalable solutions.
  • Help establish robust and sustainable data foundations.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage and coordinate data-related activities and project deliverables.
  • Work closely with business users, data providers, IT teams and other stakeholders across different functions and locations.
  • Translate business and operational requirements into clear data solutions.
  • Plan, monitor and communicate progress, risks and dependencies.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis or data-related transformation projects.
  • Experience in project management or project delivery is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Dataiku is required.
  • Knowledge of Alteryx is required.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working with multiple data sources, data preparation and ETL/data transformation processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curious, proactive and eager to understand new business domains and processes.
  • A Master's degree in a quantitative, technical or analytical field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
  • Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a strong plus.
