About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at Plenti, you’ll be right at the heart of our customer experience. Acting as the first point of contact, you’ll support customers over the phone, chat and email with professionalism, empathy and energy. Our goal is to make every interaction feel positive, clear and easy. We want customers to feel heard, supported and confident that their query will be resolved quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering prompt, accurate and friendly support via phone, chat and email.
  • Show genuine empathy, patience and a customer‑first mindset when answering questions or resolving issues.
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently, resolving what you can and escalating more complex matters when needed.
  • Build deep knowledge of Plenti’s products, services and policies so you can give customers clear, confident guidance.
  • Work closely with your teammates, sharing knowledge and best practices to lift the whole team’s performance.
  • Support internal teams by passing on customer insights and feedback that help improve processes, products and the overall customer experience.

About You

  • Experience in customer service, contact centres or financial services is desirable (retail or hospitality experience is also valuable if you love helping customers).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex information in a simple, reassuring way.
  • Strong customer focus with proven problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced environment while keeping a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using customer service platforms, CRM systems and digital communication tools.

Why You’ll Love Plenti

  • A chance to make a real impact for customers every single day.
  • You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that celebrates great service.
  • You’ll build valuable skills in financial services and customer experience.
  • Excellent growth and professional development opportunities.

If you’re ready to bring energy, empathy and a solutions mindset to a team that values great service, we’d love to hear from you.
