Your Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager on a temporary contract until the end of May 2027. The Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of Enterprise Business clients adjacent to the sports industry including but not limited to media companies, brands, consultancies and analytics firms within a designated territory, with the aim to ensure organizations get the maximum benefit and higher ROI out of their subscription, ultimately ensuring they adopt, consume and renew / expand across additional data solutions such as varying API products. In this role, you’ll:

  • Develop strong customer relationships. You’ll maximize satisfaction across a group of accounts and become a trusted partner for your customers.
  • Be involved in all aspects of support and account management. You’ll demonstrate the products, educate customers, and carry out a range of engagement and commercial activities associated with a CSM position.
  • Work toward goals. Throughout the year, CSMs aim to achieve quarterly and yearly renewal targets. You’ll run business reviews, kick off call meetings to understand client adoption and consumption levels and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
  • Travel. On site-visits or events when necessary to accommodate client needs and sales.

This is a temporary contract covering a parental leave, expected to run until the end of May 2027.

We're currently considering applicants within commuting distance of our Barcelona Office and you'll be expected to work from the office 3 days per week.

Must-Haves

  • Excellent communicator. Presentation skills are key in this role.
  • Analytical. You’re comfortable looking through adoption data / metrics that showcase user behavior and engagement and know how to drive further uptake / adoption.
  • Technology savvy: we don’t expect you to build an API but to understand customer problems and how our data / video solutions can help.
  • Proactive. You have high activity levels and are on top of reaching out to clients, and you love going the extra mile to help a customer.
  • Empathetic. You can step into the customer’s world, understanding their problems to provide better solutions.
  • Organized. You have workflows and processes that help prioritize what’s most important.
  • Delegator. You know what to take on yourself and what can be sent off to other areas within Hudl to best serve your customer.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background as a CSM. Ideally you have a background in a sports / tech company working as a CSM that lives and breathes adoption / consumption / retention and expansion.
  • Sports technology savvy. If you already understand our products and are able to effectively communicate their value to clients, that’s a plus.
  • Growth mindset. You have a can-do attitude and “think in solutions” not problems.
  • Previous sales experience. You’ve walked the walk and used to working with sales teams.
  • Multilingual. English is a must (any other languages are a plus).

Our Role

  • Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time above any required statutory leave, company-wide holidays, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too. Plus, every five years, we give you a paid sabbatical to unplug and recharge.
  • Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
  • Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
  • Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech you need to do your best work.
  • Support your wellbeing. Depending on location, we offer medical and retirement benefits for employees—but no matter where you’re located, we have resources like our Employee Assistance Program and employee resource groups to support your mental health.

Compensation
