Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher - Southfield, MI
Levine & Sons is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to serve as the first point of contact for our customers and prospects. In this role, you’ll connect customers with our service technicians and sales professionals, helping ensure every interaction is smooth, helpful, and positive.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone, text, email, social media, and review platforms.
- Make outbound calls for scheduling, customer follow-ups, and re-engagement opportunities.
- Screen and qualify customer needs and schedule appointments for service technicians and the outside sales team.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information in company systems.
- Educate customers on the benefits of the Family Plan and help interested customers become members.
- Verify customer contact information to support accurate scheduling and communication.
- Support daily office operations and maintain accurate records.
- Build trust through professional, helpful, and timely communication.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of professional customer service experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A polished, professional demeanor and a customer-first mindset.
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivation, discipline, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- An ambitious, goal-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, with flexibility for rotating weekends as needed.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
