Oasis Heating , Cooling, and Plumbing is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team!
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and knows how to keep a busy service department running smoothly.
In this role, you'll be the connection between our customers and service technicians. You'll handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, coordinate technician dispatching, make outbound calls, and help grow our maintenance membership program.
We're looking for someone who can multitask, communicate confidently, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while keeping our technicians productive and schedules organized.

What You'll Do
Customer Service & Scheduling
- Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism, urgency, and a positive attitude.
- Schedule HVAC and Plumbing service, maintenance, and repair appointments.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, book appointments, and fill available schedule openings.
- Promote and sell maintenance memberships to new and existing customers.
- Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records, appointment details, and service notes.
Dispatching & Operations
- Dispatch HVAC and Plumbing technicians efficiently based on location, availability, and job priority.
- Monitor daily schedules and adjust technician routes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate appointment updates, delays, and schedule changes to customers and technicians.
- Work closely with service managers and field technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Help coordinate urgent service requests and scheduling changes.
- Assist with weekend and after-hours scheduling coordination as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service, call center, or dispatching experience preferred.
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another home services industry is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and promoting maintenance memberships.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Service Titan or similar dispatching software is a plus.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
