Salmon is a fast-growing fintech company building the next-generation digital bank in the Philippines. We offer innovative credit and banking products, with a strong focus on customer experience. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Customer Service team and looking for individuals who are passionate about helping people and eager to grow in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide customer support across multiple channels, including:
💬 live chat
📞 inbound phone calls
- Assist customers with questions about loans, credit cards, transactions, and mobile app features.
- Handle concerns with empathy and accuracy, ensuring a helpful and respectful experience.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
- Document all interactions in our CRM system according to company standards.
- Contribute ideas to improve tools, processes, and the overall customer journey.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in both Tagalog and English — written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with a clear, customer-friendly tone.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (completed).
- Comfortable using a computer, navigating websites, and learning new tools.
- A proactive, curious, and customer-first mindset.
- No prior work experience required — we will train you.
