THE OPPORTUNITY

Sales closes the deal. You get it funded. Between "signed" and "paid" sits a critical credit approval process, and you'll own it. You'll play a key role in keeping deals moving forward, reducing delays, and ensuring approvals translate into revenue.

As part of our small, fast-moving Revenue Operations team, you'll report directly to the VP of Revenue Operations and collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and external financing partners. You'll take ownership of an established process, managing credit submissions, coordinating documentation, and building strong relationships to keep deals on track.

We're a team that values initiative, accountability, and continuous improvement. We leverage Salesforce, SharePoint, and custom-built AI agents to automate routine administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on problem-solving, decision-making, and relationship-building.

You'll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact on our order-to-cash process, identify ways to improve efficiency, and help shape how credit operations evolve as Mashura continues to grow.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the end-to-end credit approval process for financed customer deals, from initial submission through final approval.

  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Finance to resolve credit-related issues and facilitate timely approvals.
  • Review and validate documents processed by internal AI-powered automation tools.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce turnaround times, and improve existing credit approval processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in credit operations, lending, equipment finance or leasing, program management, or sales/order operations.
  • Experience reviewing, organizing, and managing financial documentation, including credit applications, bank statements, and financial statements.
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM, with strong attention to data accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active deals, competing priorities, and follow-up deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working directly with equipment financing or leasing companies.
  • Background in healthcare, veterinary, or dental equipment sales or operations.
  • Experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools to automate or streamline administrative workflows.
  • Demonstrated success improving, documenting, or optimizing existing business processes.

YOU MIGHT BE OUR PERSON IF

  • You have been ghosted by a lender and followed up anyway, cheerfully.
  • You believe kindness is a strategy, and it works.
  • A missing bank statement bothers you a little more than it should.
  • You like process because process gets results.
  • You stay positive on day three of waiting for a reply, and you answer in five minutes when it finally comes.
