This individual will establish and optimize workflows, manage timelines and budgets, oversee production operations, and ensure all work is delivered efficiently and to the highest creative and operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies, production companies, freelancers, photographers, editors, crew members, and other creative vendors.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for Legal and Compliance, coordinating content submissions, managing revisions, and driving projects through final approval.
  • Coordinate production logistics, including locations, travel, permits, releases, equipment rentals, and vendor support.
  • Establish and continually improve production and content operations workflows, operational processes, and quality-control standards that increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 7-12+ years of experience in production management, creative operations, project management, studio production, or in a related field
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, asset management, wealth management, or another highly regulated industry
  • Strong knowledge of video production, photography, post-production, digital content creation, and integrated campaign workflows
  • Demonstrated experience managing production budgets, timelines, external agencies, freelancers, and creative vendors
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and multi-channel content distribution
  • Knowledge of current content production trends, emerging technologies, and best practices across digital, social, and video platforms
  • Experience working with project management tools, workflow, and resource planning platforms to support production operations and team collaboration
