About the role

Pantera Capital is the first institutional investment firm focused exclusively on bitcoin, other digital currencies, and companies in the blockchain tech ecosystem. Pantera launched the first cryptocurrency fund in the United States in 2013. The firm subsequently launched the first exclusively-blockchain venture fund. In 2017, Pantera was the first firm to offer an early-stage token fund. Pantera manages $3.5bn across three strategies – passive, hedge, and venture – exclusively focused on bitcoin, other digital currencies, and companies in the blockchain tech ecosystem.

We are seeking a Content Associate to join our Content team and support Pantera’s marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing a wide range of marketing and investor communications, including fund materials, newsletters, digital content, and presentations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a sharp eye for detail, a solid grasp of financial concepts, and a genuine interest in the crypto space. This role requires presence at least four days a week in our New York office.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the investment team to produce fund performance updates, portfolio case studies, market commentary, and other client communications in written or presentation form.
  • Conduct research and analysis on crypto and macroeconomic data to produce charts, develop talking points, and strengthen investment narratives for digital asset allocation.
  • Update and maintain marketing collateral for fund strategies — including presentations, fact sheets, and other client-facing materials — ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Format and distribute email communications, including the monthly Blockchain Letter, conference call invitations and follow-up emails, thematic content mailings, and other direct mailings.
  • Maintain and update website content, including monthly statistics, adding new portfolio companies to the portfolio page, making copy adjustments, and formatting publications such as Blockchain Letters and blog posts.
  • Develop and refine talking points for sales meetings, conference calls, and media appearances.
  • Support the production and execution of Pantera conference calls, including managing Zoom webinars, editing video recordings, and overseeing Pantera’s video content repository.
  • Design graphics and visuals for marketing initiatives, including video thumbnails, preview images for Blockchain Letters and blog posts, and other creative assets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-4 Years of relevant experience in a content role, preferably with a focus on finance, venture capital, or blockchain.
  • Basic understanding of macroeconomic trends and a strong interest in crypto.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to create charts, slides, and analysis independently.
  • Comfortable working with financial, market, and performance data.
  • Experience with HubSpot (CRM & marketing tools).
  • Familiarity with WordPress and Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range

$125,000—$165,000 USD
