What You Need
- ️ Full-time availability (Mon-Fri) – Visa holders must be eligible for full-time work
- ️ 6-12 months of recent call centre or high-volume phone-based experience
- ️ Customer centric mindset, you care about providing an A-class customer experience
- ️ Resilience & a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
- ️ Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
- ️ Professional references from previous employers
