  • Demonstrate leadership in coordinating care, discharge planning, and liaising with commissioners.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and colleagues.
  • Be confident working autonomously, applying evidence-based practice in a patient-centred manner.

What we will give you in return

You will be supported to develop and thrive through structured career conversations, training, and clear pathways into senior clinical and leadership roles.

Benefits include:

  • Free on-site parking
  • Supplemented meals
  • 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Additional birthday leave
  • Enhanced maternity pay
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Flexible benefits, including gym membership, IT technology schemes, and healthcare cash plan
