Driven to Build Excellence? You’ll Thrive at Brown Haven Homes.

At Brown Haven Homes, you won't coast. You'll be stretched, trusted, and expected to grow. We look for people who take ownership, lead with high character, and finish what they start. In return, you'll get leaders who invest in you, a team that has your back, and a career you'll be proud of. It won't be easy, but it will be worth it.

  • You Act Now. You don’t walk past issues. If something’s off, you handle it immediately before it becomes a bigger problem.
  • You Sweat the Details. You know quality lives in the small stuff - clean job sites, tight schedules, solid inspections, and punch lists that actually get finished.
  • You Care More. You build every home like it’s your own because at the end of the day, your name and reputation are on it.
