About the role

Are you ready to get the Easygo Edge?

We’re bringing our governance, risk and compliance approach to life, and this role is where it gets practical. You’ll work with business leaders to turn requirements into everyday practice from how we handle Gifts & Benefits and Conflicts of Interest to the policies people follow and the controls that back them up. You’ll test how well those controls hold up and help close the gaps, while leaders stay accountable for their obligations. It’s hands-on work across our corporate functions (People & Culture, Finance, IT and Legal & Compliance), inside a business that moves fast.

What you’ll build with us

You’ll help shape how Easygo’s obligations, policies, registers and reporting work together, with a GRC system that links them to the controls, risks and evidence behind them. That includes our ESG reporting, working with Finance, business data owners and external advisers on the data and disclosures that go into it. You’ll also explore and apply AI and automation to make everyday compliance processes more efficient, consistent and effective, alongside Legal and the wider business.

We know that innovation ignites when we build and create together, in person. This is a full-time opportunity at our Melbourne office. You’ll work right where it all happens, surrounded by our fearless crew shipping high-impact work.

Who is Easygo?

We’re a high-growth, high-velocity tech company with millions of eyeballs on us every day. We’re building the future of fearless tech.

We’re the creators behind some of the most popular brands including Stake, KICK and Easygo Games. While they command a fierce global following, our crew is employed directly by Easygo and that’s where the real fun happens.

We’re always looking for people who are hungry, humble and move fast. People who are ready to Unify, Disrupt and Evolve with us.

With us you’ll grow faster and go further. Your work has impact. And that gives you an edge you can’t get anywhere else.

The impact you’ll make

  • Maintain our service line and corporate obligations registers, prioritise assurance requirements and map them to controls with the right stakeholders, keeping them across their obligations as requirements change.
  • Manage Gifts & Benefits and Conflicts of Interest submissions and registers, and coordinate vendor due diligence, escalating findings under the agreed methodology.
  • Coordinate vendor due diligence, conduct assessments and escalate findings under the agreed methodology.
  • Maintain the Legal & Compliance policy register and review schedule, coordinating drafting, updates, approvals, version control, publication and communication with policy owners and Legal, and tracking exceptions and actions.
  • Coordinate ESG reporting timelines and information requests with Finance, business data owners and external advisers, and support disclosure drafting, including climate-related.
  • Document and improve controls to address gaps, test their design and operating effectiveness under the agreed assurance plan, and track remediation through to closure, including follow-up testing where required.
  • Support risk assessments, maintain risk registers and assist with framework and methodology updates under the Lead’s direction.
  • Administer our GRC system, from access and workflows to data quality and the links between obligations, controls, risks, evidence and actions, and prepare the dashboards and reports that come out of it.
  • Explore and apply AI and automation to make everyday processes more efficient, consistent and effective.

Your track record

  • 3–5 years’ relevant experience in governance, compliance or assurance, ideally within the gaming or a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Experience maintaining obligations and controls documentation, reviewing evidence and identifying gaps across one or more corporate functions such as People & Culture, Finance or Legal & Compliance.
  • The ability to translate requirements into practical processes and controls, with sound judgement on when specialist advice or escalation is required.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, managing registers, evidence, reviews and competing deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, working collaboratively across departments and following through on agreed actions.
  • The ability to work independently within agreed priorities and authority, and to spot practical process improvements.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve efficiency, with the curiosity to experiment, build repeatable workflows and critically assess outputs. You can share practical examples of efficiencies you’ve achieved.

Bonus points if you also have

  • Experience managing vendor due diligence, Gifts & Benefits or Conflicts of Interest processes.
  • Experience administering GRC systems (Protecht is highly regarded), conducting controls testing or managing policy lifecycles.
  • Exposure to ESG reporting, data collection or assurance, including working with business data owners and external advisers.
  • Experience in a regulated, technology or online entertainment business.
