BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Community-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) throughout Erie County to provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you'll help people build independence, participate in their communities, and achieve personal goals while forming meaningful relationships along the way.

How You'll Make an Impact
As a Community-Based DSP, you will:
- Support individuals with daily living activities
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Encourage independence and skill development
- Participate in hobbies, recreation, and social activities
- Build meaningful relationships while helping individuals reach their personal goals

- Part-time opportunities with the ability to build additional hours
- Daytime and weekday schedules available
- Flexible scheduling
- Mileage reimbursement
- Opportunities available throughout Erie County
Current service areas include: Erie, Harborcreek, Wesleyville, Fairview, Girard, Lake City, North East, Waterford, and Edinboro.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to transport clients to community activities
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
