Position: Commercial BD Manager

Location: Seoul, Korea (remote work)

Report to: Sub- Regional Commercial BD Head of Korea

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years , maximum 15 years of total professional experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the biologics and/or cell and gene therapy industry, preferably technical sales, business development, or related technical functions.
• Prefer CDMO sales/BD experience
• Business development for ProBio services, including identifying customer needs, promoting GenScript ProBio business (biologics and cell & gene therapy business), enhancing customer cooperation intention and business negotiation;
• Expand the new accounts, Key accounts development, and tight bonding with KOL
• License out ProBio antibody asset
• Implement strategic plan and execution to meet target
• LTC (Leads to Cash) sales process management. Active and clear process management to effectively achieve business development goals and risk avoidance; analyze and report corresponding data to optimize work directions in time;
• Effectively coordinate the relevant departments internally for sales and cash achievement, and effectively manage customer expectations and business brands externally;
• Continue to optimize business workflow and pain points to improve business development efficiency and competitiveness;
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Education/Experience

• Master's degree or above;
• Antibody research or development/ CMC experience (minimum 3 years)
• Cell and gene therapy development experience are plus (minimum 3 years)
• Excellent communication skills, learning ability, management ability and execution ability;
• Intermediate or above English communication skills is preferred;
