About the role

Team: AI Transformation

Reports To: Head of Cohort Services

Location: Remote (U.S.), with travel to partner health systems and QH events (20%)

Type: Full-time

About the Role

Qualified Health partners with health systems to deploy an AI platform used by clinical and non-clinical staff across the enterprise. The Cohort Services team ensures that partnership translates into real adoption, measurable value, and durable relationships with health system leaders. We work across every partnership, helping health systems learn from each other’s successes and failures as we go.

The Cohort Services Manager drives engagement across all Qualified Health partner systems: leading the training sessions that get frontline staff comfortable and confident with the Qualified platform, producing the educational and engagement materials that support adoption at scale, and planning the events and programs that bring health system partners together. This is a highly cross-functional role suited to someone who is equally comfortable running a live training session, writing clear and polished content, and managing the logistics of a multi-stakeholder event.

You'll also enable account-facing AI Transformation teams to deliver your material themselves — so what you build has to work in someone else's hands. There's room to build AI assistants inside our own product that train and support users directly, if that's interesting to you.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver successful launches

  • Lead implementation of our Chat and Assistant Builder tools for new health system partners. Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver a smooth, on-schedule rollout with appropriate communications and trainings.

Drive new user adoption

  • Plan and execute engagement communications that build awareness and motivate clinical and non-clinical staff to start using the platform.
  • Support change champion cohorts who model adoption and advocate for AI within their departments.
  • Deliver live training sessions that help new users build confidence and practical skills quickly.
  • Develop on-demand collateral, such as role-specific guides and quick-start resources, so new users can get started on their own schedule.
  • Use technology to make learning and adoption easier for users.

Keep users coming back

  • Develop on-demand collateral that helps users deepen their skills and discover new use cases over time.
  • Run ongoing engagement communications that highlight new capabilities, explain outages, share success stories, and re-engage lapsed users.
  • Host cross-client training sessions that connect users across health systems and spread effective practices.
  • Facilitate office hours where users get hands-on help using the platform.
  • Gather feedback use it to continuously refine curriculum, materials, delivery, and our product.

Help department leaders achieve ROI

  • Convene collaboratives that bring department leaders together to identify, prioritize, and scale high-value use cases.
  • Build workflow implementation packages that give departments a repeatable path from use case to measurable impact.
  • Develop case studies that document department-level outcomes and make the value of adoption visible.

Strengthen executive engagement and ROI

  • Produce executive-facing case studies that translate adoption and workflow results into strategic and financial impact.
  • Help plan and run Qualified Circle, our peer network for health system AI executives, including session design, facilitation, and follow-up.
  • Create packages that equip our customer success team to share and pitch proven solutions to other health systems.

What Success Looks Like

  • New partners go live on schedule, with clear goals, engaged stakeholders, and a smooth rollout experience.
  • Strong adoption and engagement lift over baseline, measured by active users, usage depth, and expansion into new roles and departments.
  • Users can find the training and resources they need, requiring less 1:1 support over time.
  • A steady pipeline of case studies documents measurable outcomes.
  • Events run smoothly, are well-attended, and strengthen relationships with health system leaders; events receive strong NPS from attendees.

Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of experience in a role combining training/enablement, content creation, and event or program management, ideally in healthcare, health tech, or a related field.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with experience drafting or editing content for external publication.
  • Confident public speaker and facilitator, comfortable presenting to varied audiences from frontline staff to executives.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience working directly with health system stakeholders or other enterprise clients is a plus.
  • Genuine interest in healthcare AI and a desire to help health systems adopt it thoughtfully and effectively.
