Your Role

The successful applicant will play a key role in leading targeted Tier 2 and Tier 3 behaviour intervention programs, supporting students to develop the skills and strategies required to successfully engage in mainstream classrooms.

Working collaboratively with the College leadership team, teachers, teacher aides, families and external providers, the Behaviour Coach will:

  • Provide coaching, mentoring and professional development to strengthen staff confidence and capability in classroom behaviour management
  • Promote restorative practices and support the successful reintegration of students into classroom learning
  • Support individual student case management, including behaviour support planning, risk assessments and de-escalation strategies

  • Build positive relationships with students, families and staff to create an inclusive, supportive and engaging learning environment

Who are we looking for?
