  • Communicate ticket status, technical issues, and resolutions clearly to teammates and stakeholders.
  • Continue deepening AWS knowledge and technical skills, and contribute to improvements in team processes and documentation.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Active TS/SCI
  • 2+ years of experience building, supporting, or troubleshooting cloud infrastructure; plus prior experience supporting infrastructure in AWS GovCloud.
  • Experience with AWS services including EC2, EBS, S3, VPC, IAM (users, roles, policies), and AWS Organizations.
  • Experience working in a ticket-driven support environment, with a willingness to proactively pick up, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets.
  • Foundational understanding of cloud architecture principles and the AWS Well-Architected Framework, along with a conceptual understanding of cloud networking (e.g., VPCs and security groups).
  • Willingness to learn, deepen technical skills, and collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot issues and support cloud infrastructure.
