About the role

What your day could look like

As a Clinical Nurse – Women's Health, you'll help create healthier futures for women, families and communities. Working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver care, education and support that empowers people to take control of their health and wellbeing.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Delivering expert, person-centred care that supports better health, wellbeing and independence.
  • Building strong partnerships with patients, families and health professionals to create seamless care experiences.
  • Leading best-practice clinical care and quality improvements that enhance safety and outcomes.
  • Supporting colleagues through mentorship, collaboration and shared expertise.

Let's talk about you!

You're a passionate clinician who combines advanced nursing skills with empathy and a commitment to improving lives. You lead with compassion, act with integrity and confidently navigate complex situations. You build trusted relationships and understand that great healthcare starts with connection and respect.

Most importantly, you'll feel proud knowing your work helps women access the care, education and support they need to live healthier lives. This is more than a nursing role, it's an opportunity to create meaningful change within a community.

Here's what will help you thrive:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Strong clinical assessment, care coordination and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building abilities.

You'll stand out if you have experience in rural, remote or community healthcare, along with qualifications in women's health, immunisation, scheduled medicines and/or postgraduate study.

Above all, you'll bring compassion, dignity, integrity, innovation and courage while helping women and families achieve healthier futures.
