About the role

Your new role

Make a meaningful difference supporting young people aged 12 – 25 experiencing complex mental health concerns and helping them access timely, coordinated care.

  • Deliver specialist mental health nursing care through comprehensive assessment, care planning, therapeutic interventions and ongoing management of young people with complex mental health needs.
  • Work in partnership with Headspace and multidisciplinary teams to improve access to mental health treatment, strengthen clinical pathways and support seamless transitions between services.
  • Provide clinical leadership and support through consultation, collaboration, education and guidance to other clinicians, contributing to high-quality, recovery-oriented and person-centred care.
