  • National NP certification, DEA registration, and BLS certification.
  • 7+ years of Nurse Practitioner clinical experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in provider education, professional development, or clinical operations.
  • Experience developing provider onboarding, competency validation, and education programs.
  • Strong knowledge of E/M documentation, coding, and evidence-based practice.
  • Proven experience coaching, mentoring, and developing Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to travel nationally on a regular basis.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the enterprise strategy for APP practice, education, professional development, and workforce planning.
  • Partner with physician leadership to optimize care models that improve access, quality, and provider efficiency.
  • Design and oversee enterprise onboarding, orientation, competency validation, and continuing education programs.
  • Develop standardized clinical pathways, practice guidelines, and evidence-based care resources.
  • Build and mentor an enterprise APP Lead program that supports provider growth across all markets.
  • Monitor quality, productivity, documentation, and patient outcome metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coach providers using performance data while partnering with physician leadership on peer review and professional development.
  • Represent APP leadership on enterprise initiatives and champion a culture rooted in UVVC's Core Values.
