Headquartered in Atlanta, GA we offer a cloud-based technology platform for the administration and disbursement of governments funds for programs such as Housing, Economic, Community Development, Disaster Recovery/MIT, Home Energy Rebate Programs, and Housing Choice Voucher programs.

We're hiring a Client Support Specialist at Neighborly Software – where technology meets social impact!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the first point of contact for clients needing support via phone, video, and email
- Manage updates to client systems with precision and care
- Partner with Client Success Managers (CSMs) to build and configure new client
applications
- Review peer configurations to ensure accuracy, impact and consistency
- Solve problems creatively with professionalism while following best practices and maintaining SLAs
- Collaborate with amazing teammates in our Client Support team

- Help communities manage key government programs such as HUD, Disaster Recovery, Solar and Treasury programs that change lives
WHO YOU ARE & WHAT YOU BRING
- Tech-savvy with client service experience (SaaS experience a plus!)
- Customer Service mindset- provide exceptional customer service
- Detail-oriented and can work independently under pressure

The base salary range for this role is $55,000–$60,000 USD per year. Actual base pay will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. This range reflects base salary only and does not include potential bonus, benefits, or other forms of compensation, which may also be part of the total offer.
