Client Services Manager – Habilitation
BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Northeast Philadelphia, PA Habilitation office.

As a Client Services Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience in client services, operations, team leadership, business development, and caseload management while working alongside experienced healthcare leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service and support high-quality services for clients
- Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs
- Manage and proactively grow your client caseload
- Build lasting relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with field employees and office leadership
- Monitor key metrics and maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload
- Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision, support, and resources to field employees
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, employee engagement, and service delivery
- Take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities as you develop
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Prior I/DD, Habilitation, medical office, or home care experience preferred
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience a plus
- Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increased responsibility
- Ambition, initiative, and a growth mindset
- Strong computer skills, including electronic medical record experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients, families, employees, and community partners
