About the role
We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Specialist who can build strong client partnerships, drive retention and ensure consistent delivery across a portfolio of accounts. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working closely with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring outcomes are delivered to a high standard.
What you’ll do
- Manage and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact for client communication and engagement
- Understand client needs and translate these into actionable solutions
- Lead regular account check-ins, reporting and performance discussions
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client outcomes
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain accurate records across CRM and reporting tools
What good looks like
- Experience in client relationship management, customer success or similar roles for at least two years
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build trust and long-term client partnerships
- Structured, organised and detail-oriented approach
- Comfortable working with reporting, data and performance metrics
- Experience supporting international clients (AU/US exposure is a plus)
