About the role

Titan is building the AI platform for banking – creating the models and agents that will define the industry. Led by a team of former CTOs with multiple exits, former bank operators and former regulators, we're seeking a Client Partner to be the primary relationship owner between Titan and our banking clients, guiding them from onboarding through successful adoption and scale.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for key client stakeholders, owning the relationship from kickoff through successful adoption
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, balancing priorities across accounts without losing quality or momentum
  • Lead client calls, executive meetings, and kickoff meetings - setting the agenda, driving decisions, and keeping momentum
  • Champion the client perspective internally - distilling feedback into clear product signals and working directly with Titan's product and engineering teams to shape roadmap decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with Titan's Forward Deployed Engineers as the strategic client lead throughout the full delivery lifecycle
  • Identify and explore potential high-value use-cases and expansion opportunities in collaboration with senior client stakeholders
  • Lead enablement sessions with users and key stakeholders, building the AI literacy and advocacy needed for lasting adoption
  • Project-manage platform onboarding, implementation milestones and priorities - tracking progress, surfacing risks, and keeping engagements on schedule
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and escalation paths for client stakeholders

Required qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technology implementations, program management, product management, or customer success
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements end-to-end
  • Strong executive presence - comfortable owning executive meetings, navigating organizational dynamics, and representing Titan at the leadership level
  • Experience in product or program management; able to think in milestones, owners, and outcomes
  • Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills for both client-facing and internal collaboration
  • High agency and extreme ownership - you identify what needs to happen and make it happen without waiting to be directed
  • Banking or fintech experience a plus

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation (salary + meaningful, pre-Series A equity)
  • Remote-first culture with opportunity for in-person collaboration
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage (100% of employee premiums paid by Titan)

Why Titan

We're building the AI platform for banking because many of the two million people employed by 4,000+ banks in the United States cannot safely and securely use bleeding edge AI tools at work. Moreover, none of them are using AI tools purpose-built for banking in their daily workflows. We are changing that.

We are creating secure, bank-native AI infrastructure and applications that meet the needs of modern banking and financial services. Our platform includes:

  • Titan Foundry: Secure gateway to top AI models for bank employees
  • Banking-Reasoning Models: Our flagship small language models purpose-built for financial services, trained by ex-regulators and banking leaders
  • Banking Agents: Configurable AI application layer with expertise in lending, compliance, underwriting, and operations

Our small team consists of former founders, CTOs, engineers, operators, and regulators from places like Goldman Sachs, KeyBank, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. We have built and sold companies to top 25 U.S. banks.

If you're a high-agency individual who loves tackling complex problems in an emerging space, we want to hear from you!
