You will work closely with clients and internal teams across Symplicity to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the client lifecycle - from implementation and onboarding to ongoing support, engagement, and growth.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with assigned clients, acting as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Drive successful delivery and implementation of new services while ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing client engagement.
  • Partner with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and priorities, and help establish meaningful KPIs and success measures.
  • Drive product adoption and help clients maximize the value and return on their investment in Symplicity solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client portfolio and collaborate with Account Executives to develop and progress these opportunities.
  • Monitor client health and proactively identify, manage, and turn around at-risk accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Symplicity’s products, the Higher Education sector, and relevant industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide clients with individualized guidance, training, process improvement recommendations, and ongoing product support.
  • Develop client case studies, success stories, testimonials, and references in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Encourage client engagement and feedback through webinars, roadshows, feedback sessions, and other initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Billing and other internal teams to help resolve invoicing, billing, and sales-related queries.
  • Support the implementation of new Symplicity solutions in partnership with Transition Support Specialists and other internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular day-to-day communication with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction, engagement, and overall customer success.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client needs are communicated effectively and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Previous experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Success, Client Management, or a related role, preferably within SaaS, technology, or Higher Education.
  • Strong interest in the Higher Education sector and a willingness to learn about the challenges and opportunities facing universities and colleges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their goals.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage priorities independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong team player who is collaborative, flexible, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Confident, approachable, and personable, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
  • High level of professionalism and strong ethical business standards.
