  • Direct and oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring technical quality, safety, schedule, and financial performance.
  • Apply advanced technical expertise to support client decision-making and project outcomes.
  • Navigate local, state, and federal regulatory frameworks as they relate to private-sector compliance and permitting.
  • Mentor and develop staff through coaching, technical guidance, and a collaborative, “learn-by-doing” culture.
  • Collaborate closely with Principals, Practice Leaders, and Operations leaders across EnSafe.

  • Professional licensure (PE, PG, or equivalent), as applicable.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting or a related professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated success in client development, including repeat business and trusted advisor relationships, primarily with private-sector clients.
  • Proven track record of winning, leading, and delivering large, complex, or strategic projects for industrial, commercial, or corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations impacting private-sector operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
