About the role
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Children’s Occupational Therapist to join their service, supporting children and young people with complex needs in the community.
This is a high-rate (£40ph) role with a strong focus on equipment, adaptations, and clinical reasoning, working closely with families and partner organisations.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Undertake home-based assessments and reviews for children with a range of needs
- Recommend and arrange specialist equipment and adaptations (minor & major / DFG)
- Conduct manual handling and risk assessments
- Provide clinical advice, guidance, and signposting to families and carers
- Work collaboratively with:
- NHS services
- Schools
- Child Development Centres (CDC)
- Local Authority teams
- Implement minor adaptations and bespoke equipment solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation and case records

Working Pattern

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC Registration
- Strong experience as a Children’s Occupational Therapist
- Experience with:
- Complex equipment
- Minor & major adaptations (DFG)
- Manual handling & risk assessments
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
