We are looking for the most talented and driven people we can find. We are looking for people who work for their passion, not counting hours. Who loves building great next-generation products, not status quo. Who cares about redefining how everyone around us can get the best financial applications, not for an exclusive few. We have teams working around the world, with over 20 nationalities and growing from our offices and remotely. Join us and build a better future for our society.

In 2019, we built the first mobile-first, insurance platform, enabling insurance to be accessible online by millions in the region. Today, it's the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia.

The Role

We are looking for strong operators to join the CEO Office for Doit's AI Neobank app expansion.

  • Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships and strategic projects. 
  • Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups and action trackers.
  • Work across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations and country teams. 

What We're Looking For 

  • High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline. 
  • Clear writer, structured thinker and strong follow-through operator. 
  • Able to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. 
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity, urgent problems and shifting priorities. 
  • Strong judgement on what matters, what is blocked and what needs escalation. 
  • Able to keep teams moving without creating unnecessary process. 
  • Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.

The Kind of Builder We Want 

  • Can chase, unblock and execute without being chased. 
  • Writes updates that make decisions easier. 
  • Stays calm when many things are moving at once. 
  • Cares about outcomes more than visibility.

This Role Is Not For

  • People who only want to attend meetings. 
  • Candidates who cannot follow up aggressively and professionally. 
  • Those who need fixed scope and slow timelines. 
  • People who avoid messy cross-functional problems. 
  • People who produce long updates without clear decisions or next actions
