  • Lead supplier relationships, negotiate commercial outcomes and deliver joint business plans
  • Use customer, market and performance data to identify trends and turn insights into action
  • Partner with teams across Coles to deliver category initiatives and improve the customer experience

About you and your skills

You’ll bring strong buying or category experience, sound commercial judgement and a customer-first approach to delivering sustainable growth in a dynamic category.

You will have

  • Proven buying or category management experience within FMCG or retail
  • Experience managing complex suppliers and broad product portfolios
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth and profitability
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn insights into action
